The best job you’ll ever have.
The most meaningful work you’ll ever do.
A note from Gavin
Founder | CEO
If you’re thinking about working at Threshold, I want you to know that when God led me to start this program, I was thinking of you.
There are ministries and nonprofits all over the world that have amazing missions but fail to provide their staff with the care, transparency, and support they need in order to flourish. The dream of Threshold Gap Year was born from a passion for the flourishing of both a meaningful mission and the people who bring it to fruition. A huge part of this dream was built on a passion for people like you.
Not everyone who visits this page or reads this short note will work for Threshold Gap Year, but I hope that you all leave your interaction with Threshold encouraged for whatever doorways - whatever thresholds - God has you walking through in this season.
- Gavin Potter
Jobs at Threshold
Look at our core values if you want to know what we look for in staff
Kaizen - We need every single staff person to bring creative ideas for improvement to the table. Ideas rise based on their merit, not the job-title of the mouthpiece.
Clear is Kind - We need people who can bring clarity from chaos and leave sustainable systems in their wake.
Be Curious, Not Judgmental - Toward students, new ways of doing things, and one another - creating a safe place to try, fail, and learn.
Radical Ownership of your role and of Threshold’s mission.
