Mission & Vision
Mission
Threshold exists to form resilient disciples of Jesus with curious minds, humble hearts, and courageous lives.
Vision
Launching generations of disciples towards shaping the world with clarity, humility, and courage.

Core Values
Radical Responsibility: We Take Ownership
We take responsibility for our growth, mindset, and contribution, believing that healthy communities start with people who show up fully and give their best.
Kaizen: Growth Without Ego
Literally “change good” in Japanese. Our value of Kaizen is about growing every chance we get, while rejecting anxious perfectionism and embracing the steady, hopeful pursuit of growth.
Clear is Kind: Clarity = Kindness
When things are left unclear or go unsaid, misunderstandings grow. We believe clarity is one of the kindest things we can offer. Truth spoken in love builds trust and breaks tension.
Be Curious, Not Judgmental: We’re Always Learning
We lead with questions, not assumptions — staying humble, open, and grounded in truth.
You’re never wrong for asking, as long as they’re never wrong for saying “no.”
